The Table Top Gamer Fez
Our latest design is a tribute to those that spent their formative years expanding their minds, taxing their imaginations and turning their fates over to a roll of the dice.
The Table Top Gamer fez features a winged dodecahedron of chance in front of a pencil and pawn wrapped in a banner of honor on our low-profile black velvet fez.
This design lived in my sketchbook for half a year before I managed to get around to putting it in thread; as is often the case with my ideas. There is always something else that needs to get done. Looking back, this design is not only inspired by my childhood exposure to games like D&D, Ogre and Champions, back when the now under-appreciated D12 ruled the day; I also need to tip my fez to Wil Wheaton and his excellent show TableTop for reminding me why I spent so many hours around a table pretending to be someone far more interesting. If you haven’t seen the show, do yourself a favor and subscribe; then go get your friends around a table, put on a fez and roll up some adventure.
The Table Top Gamer fez has had an initial run of 13 but we will be continuing to make more. If your size is sold out don’t panic. We will put up a back-order option and continue to stock these for a while.
